Contest Rules

 Must be 18 or older

 Employees, agent, family members, or affiliates of Central Realty are not eligible to win.

Must give the correct answer to the riddle to have your name entered into the monthly drawing. Only allowed one entry per person per month.  All monthly correct answers will go into a yearend drawing for the grand prize.  

Prizes will be awarded are the end of each month. The winner will be notified by e-mail and the prize can be picked up at Central Realty 1017 6th Avenue DeWitt, Iowa  52742.  The prize must be picked up within 10 days of notification.  If the winner does not respond in the allotted time Central Realty reserves the right to draw another eligible entrant for the prize.

Drawing will be held at Central Realty at the end of each month. Need not be present to win.

Each prize will be accepted as awarded, no substitutions.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and country laws.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
